I reached out to Martin & Sons after experiencing water coming into our basement down the sewer stack during the heavy rain in our area last week. My shingle roof is 23 yrs old and I am also concerned about its condition with a couple hail storms we had earlier this year. Jeff came by to look things over and after inspecting the roof commented that it is on ok shape, and observed the boot of the flashing around the stack has deteriorated thus allowing water to trickle through. He generously and graciously applied some caulk/sealant on the boot, delaying the need for any further repair/replacement work in the short-term.Thank you.
